OK, je vais passer en beta du coup.

J’ai activé la prise en charge des plugins en beta sur mon compte Market, du coup, je fais comment pour passer le plugin Arlo en beta stp ?

Il faut le réinstaller depuis gestion plug-in, market.
Chercher le plug-in et installer bêta.

Ne pas supprimer la version stable déjà installée mais réinstaller par dessus pour ne pas perdre les équipements.

j’avais une 1.2.56. Je reteste avec une version plus récente, ça peut expliquer mes problèmes peut être !

Je reviens vers vous après être passé en Beta, et après avoir activé le Heartbeat à 2 minutes.

Bonjour Mips,

je ne sais pas si mes logs peuvent également t’aider, j’ai également depuis ces dernières semaines, des pertes de synchro entre jeedom et arlo, les commandes des scénarios s’éxécutent, mais rien.
seulement je n’ai pas l’impression d’avoir les mêmes erreurs dans les logs, je te les copie en fin de message.
comme pour toi ou d’autres, et relançant le daemon ça permet de resynchro quelques minutes ou quelques heures, mais c’est principalement la sélection des modes par jeedom.
merci d’avance pour tout ton travail.
pour info, hier soir, j’avais réinstallé les dépendances (au cas ou ça aurait été quelque chose mis en cache ou quelque chose comme ça) quand j’avais vu que ma sonette n’avait pas fonctionné, mais ça n’a rien changé.

Moi aussi j’ai du mal à vous suivre, je ne vous avais demandé aucun log sur ce sujet donc je ne sais pas trop quoi en faire.
L’autre sujet Le plugin n’arrive plus à lire le code - #8 par Mips a été solutionné entre temps.

De mon côté j’ai toujours ce soucis de démon qui tombe et qui ne remonte pas, et ça qu’en beta avec les dernières modifs faites (les deux dernieres versions je dirais)

Avant, ou sur la version stable, je n’avais pas de soucis.

Alors je sais qu’on a déjà échangé sur le sujet, mais j’ai l’impression quand même que ça a un lien, c’est le seul démon qui stoppe sur jeedom, et il est terriblement verbeux, donc dès qu’il se relance on perd rapidement la trace de quand il ne fonctionnait pas. Autrement dit en 10 minutes là c’est déjà fini, même dans le fichier log la trace a été écrasée (et comme je savais pas que le démon était tombé, j’ai pas eu le reflexe d’aller voir tout de suite)

Je sais que sans log ca ne va pas t’aider, mais tu observes, ou quelqu’un t’a remonté peut etre, ce comportement ?

Le démon tombe parce que je ne sais pas pourquoi alors que tout est connecté et fonctionnel tout d’un coup arlo répond cette erreur: {'error': 'AUTO-5010', 'message': "Device doesn't belong to the User
Alors que le device (la base) est bien accessible au user (du démon) puisqu’après un redémarrage (et juste avant) tout fonctionnait!
C’est un nouveau comportement d’Arlo et ce n’est pas un changement dans le plugin qui en est la cause.

La seule solution que j’ai pour le moment c’est de faire un logoff/logon pour se reconnecter et pour l’instant pour atteindre cela je coupe le démon et il se relance par le core; je plannifie de gérer le logoff/logon dans le démon directement pour éviter ca mais ca ne changera pas le fait que cette erreur arrivera, c’est Arlo qui l’envoit, je ne peux pas l’éviter!

Ca ce n’est pas le démon ni le plugin mais le core qui lance les démons et cela toutes les 5min, donc:

est-ce que la gestion auto est activé?
est-ce que tu attends bien toutes les 5min? (donc à h00, h05, h10…): si le démon se coupe à 8h14 il sera relancé à 8h15, 1min après, mais si il se coupe à 8h16 il sera relancé à 8h20, 4min après;
de nouveau c’est le core qui gère ca.

Oui, c’est ce que je voulais dire: le démon tombe, s’arrete quoi, mais n’est pas redémarré.
Actuellement ma config est celle là:

Le problème c’est qu’au moment où ça se produit moi je ne sais pas ce qui se passe. J’ouvre la porte du garage, ça désactive l’alarme, mais l’ordre désactivé n’est pas envoyé à arlo car le démon est mort, du coup tout se met à hurler dans la maison. Mais à ce moment là moi je suis en train de manoeuvrer je ne peux pas aller voir les logs, et quand je regarde, c’est trop tard, ca a été démarré.

J’imagine que je tombe probablement entre le moment ou ca tombe et les x minutes qu’il faut pour démarrer à nouveau.

Je ne sais pas si c’est possible, il y aurait moyen d’avoir un error log pour regarder les erreurs graves de arlo (démon ou pas) sans que les logs debugs viennent les écraser ou sans devoir augmenter considérable la taille des fichiers ?
