### Describe the issue
What is happening?
Inclusion is ok
Siren sounds well too
But i'm unable to make the siren speaks (but it worked very well with another older solution)
What did you expect to happen instead?
I except the siren to speaks recorded sounds
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. In zwave js ui, Go to product list
2. Select everspring siren
3. Go to Sound Switch V1 section
4. Select a ToneId (except 0)
5. Click on Play
6. An error is logged "2024-10-26 18:07:54.530 ERROR Z-WAVE: Unable to write 19 on 121-0-toneId: Fail"

j’ai pu tester en modifiant le fichier de conf manuellement et ca fonctionne !
Le fix sera inclus dans la version 13.10.3
